Hillcrest Guest House is one of the oldest romantic and established small hotels, B & B's on St. John. The land was bought in 1940's and the vacation rental accommodation was built in 1966 by the Hall Family. Overlooking pristine Cruz Bay, St. John, also known as Love City, and its Harbor. Boats, yachts, sunsets and sunrises can be seen from here.

Similiar to a bed and breakfast, in that the complimentary menu, includes breakfast items, snacks, drinks and liquor. Complimentary St. John Magazine is available for you to take home to remember St. John by and complimentary DVD movies are on site.

Description of Area
Hillcrest is located in a caribbean residential area, where you can walk to Cruz Bay; only 3 minutes to downtown, where the restaurants, stores, banks and churches are located. The ocean can be seen all around from each suite and Lounge Area. Honeymooner and all love the view. Known for its "Romantic Million Dollar View".

The accommodations are secure, ask my pet dogs, Gigi, Taj Mahal, known as "Taj" and my newest puppy named Dora, the explorer. This is their home and they help keep an eye on things. We live on the second floor and the suites are located on the third floor.

The speed limit in town is 10 mph and out of town is 20 mph. We drive on the left hand side of the road and there are no traffic lights.   The currency is the U.S. Dollar, since we are a United States Territory.

The U.S. Virgin Islands tropical plants in the garden include, Mango, Flamboyant, Key Lime, Bougainvilleas flowers, Jasmine, Gardenia , Ginger Thomas, Hibiscus and fragrant Frangipani blossoms. The garden also has an Amish Gazebo which can be see from the Lounge.

We are less than 4 minutes from supermarkets, banks with ATM machines, churches and taxis. Also minutes away is a tennis court and Pastory Mini Golf Course.

Unforgetable Accommodations in Cruz Bay, St. John: Four [4] vacation rental suites are available with ocean views and free Wi-Fi.   Cookbooks from chefs from the Food Network are in each suite, ie. Emeril Lagasse, Paula Deen, Giada De Laurentiis, Rachael Ray and the Barefoot Contessa.
